Overview
A police commissioner’s son is gunned down, sparking the creation of a shadowy, unofficial unit tasked with dismantling Philadelphia’s most ruthless mob syndicates. What begins as a mission to root out corruption soon blurs every moral boundary, as the agents find themselves entangled in the very underworld they were sent to destroy.
