Overview

Set in 19th-century Switzerland, three herdsmen, lost in the Alps after a wild night of drinking, craft a female doll from cloth and a peculiar wooden root. To their shock, their inanimate creation springs to life as a seductive and malevolent demon. As the herdsmen grapple with the consequences of their drunken folly, they find themselves embroiled in a terrifying struggle for survival against the very being they conjured.
