Overview

Angus Lynch, a dangerous criminal, breaks free from prison and reunites with his sister Kascha, who works as a stripper. As chaos and violence unfold around them, Angus encounters police captain David, who has been haunted by the murder of his wife when their daughter Jackie was just a child.
