Ladies of Steel: Like There's No Tomorrow

Overview

At the reception, Inkeri catches the doctor confiding to a nurse around the corner that no hope or life expectancy remains. Her daughter Maija resolves to look after her, even if it means pushing her, but Inkeri has a different design. For her final deed, she means to spare Maija from reliving her own errors, then cast herself into the Arctic Ocean. Inkeri slips away from the nursing home for one last trip with her steel-haired companions and Matti, who has come along. Before the ocean, she flings herself into life: aching memories, raw feelings, and a forest rave.
