Overview

Eighth-generation Tasmanian and passionate environmentalist Oliver Cassidy sets off on a transformative solo rafting journey along the stunningly remote Franklin River. He aims to follow in his late father's footsteps, recreating a 14-day adventure that led to a historic blockade. This protest played a crucial role in preserving the World Heritage-listed national park from the threats of a massive hydroelectric dam in the early 1980s.
